Wings of Imagination, Inc. opened The Key West Butterfly & Nature Conservatory in January, 2003. Sam Trophia and George Fernandez realized a dream that had been in the works for over five years. Their goal is to bring a greater appreciation for the wonders of nature, specifically the butterfly, to the community of Key West and to its millions of visitors each year from around the world.
