items are carefully wrapped and shipped fully insured via UPS.
- UPS
does not ship to P.O. boxes. Please call us for shipping rates via
the United States Postal Service.
- Express
shipping methods are available. Please call us for rates.
- International
shipping is available. Please call us for rates.
- A shipping
discount will
be applied when more than one item is shipped to a single shipping
address. Your online invoice will not reflect the discount,
but the discount will be applied when we process your order.

- Please
allow 2-4 weeks production time for butterfly art displays (for larger
displays please allow 6-8 weeks production time) in addition to the
shipping time to your destination.
- Please
contact us immediately on receipt of your package if there is any shipping
damage to your butterfly art. We will promptly notify UPS of the
problem to insure that your claim will be processed.
- Our

daily 9:00AM - 6:00PM EST.
- All damage claims must be returned to us within 10 days of delivery in the original shipping box. We will not be held liable for art that is damaged in transit due to improper packaging by the customer.
